PROJECT UPDATE: a LOOK BACK

Before construction gets too far along on the Bolt + Tie community in South Clarksville, we wanted to take a look back at the work done so far to clear the site at Water Tower Square business park and build Southern Indiana’s first live-work-play development.

Apr. 2019 - Before construction could begin crews cleared the Water Tower Square site of existing structures and debris.
Dec. 2019 - The Bolt + Tie site is clear and ready for construction.
Dec. 2019 - All is calm before construction crews break ground in 2020. What a view!
Jan. 2020 - Foundation work and site prep is underway.
Feb. 2020 - Always the first sign of a new building, elevator shafts are built.
Apr. 2020 - Bolt + Tie is starting to take shape with the first floor framed out and second floor in progress.
